By engaging Newton Byte for any service, whether web development, digital marketing, hosting, or consulting, you enter a binding agreement under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. These terms apply to all clients, projects, and service packages without exception.
Newton Byte reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We notify active clients of material changes via email before they take effect.
All work delivered by Newton Byte remains the intellectual property of the client upon receipt of full payment. Until final payment clears, Newton Byte retains full ownership of all deliverables, code, designs, and content produced.
Newton Byte operates under UAE commercial law. Any disputes arising from client agreements are subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
All subscription based services including hosting plans, maintenance packages, retainer agreements, and software licenses renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless the client submits a cancellation request at least 7 days before the renewal date.
Renewal invoices are sent 14 days before the due date. The price you agree to at the start of your subscription remains fixed for the duration of your current plan. Newton Byte does not apply surprise rate increases mid-cycle.
Clients who wish to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription must submit a written request to hello@newtonbyte.ae. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Upgrades apply immediately.
Failure to renew an active hosting or maintenance plan results in service suspension after a 7-day grace period. Data is retained for 30 days following suspension before permanent deletion.
Newton Byte operates on a milestone based payment structure for project work. Standard terms are as follows:
For monthly retainer and subscription services, full payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Newton Byte does not begin work on any project or activate any service until the initial payment is confirmed.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and approved digital payment platforms. All invoices are issued in AED. International clients are billed in USD at the prevailing exchange rate on the invoice date.
Invoices unpaid after 14 days from the due date attract a 2% monthly late fee. Newton Byte reserves the right to pause active work on any project where payment is overdue by more than 14 days.
Newton Byte commits fully to every project and service we take on. Refunds are handled under the following terms:
Project Work: The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once project work has commenced. If Newton Byte fails to deliver the agreed scope within the agreed timeline without client side delays or scope changes, clients are entitled to a partial refund on the outstanding balance proportional to the undelivered work.
Subscription Services: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. Annual plans are eligible for a pro rated refund on unused months if the client cancels within the first 30 days of the annual term.
Hosting Plans: Hosting fees are non-refundable after the server environment has been provisioned and activated for the client.
Exceptions: Refunds are assessed case by case where Newton Byte is solely responsible for a service failure. Submit refund requests in writing to hello@newtonbyte.ae with full details of the issue. All refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days.
Newton Byte provides structured support across all active plans and projects. Our service level commitments are as follows:
Critical Issues (site down, complete service failure): Initial response within 2 hours. Resolution target within 8 hours.
High Priority Issues (significant performance degradation, core feature failure): Initial response within 4 hours. Resolution target within 24 hours.
Standard Issues (non-critical bugs, minor errors, general queries): Initial response within 1 business day. Resolution target within 3 business days.
Change Requests and Enhancements: Scoped and scheduled within 5 business days of submission.

Newton Byte does not guarantee resolution timelines for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers outside our infrastructure, or client-side changes made without our involvement.
Newton Byte collects only the data required to deliver and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share client data with third parties for commercial purposes under any circumstances.
Data We Collect: Business contact information, project briefs, website analytics, billing details, and communication records necessary for service delivery.
How We Use It: To deliver contracted services, issue invoices, provide support, and improve our internal processes. We do not use client data for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
Data Storage: All client data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers. Newton Byte applies encryption in transit and at rest across all data systems. Access is restricted to team members directly involved in your project.
Data Retention: Active client data is retained for the duration of the service relationship plus 12 months. Upon written request, Newton Byte will delete all stored client data within 30 days, except where retention is required by UAE law.
Third-Party Tools: Newton Byte uses industry-standard tools including Google Analytics, project management platforms, and payment processors. Each third-party tool operates under its own privacy policy. We select only tools that meet international data protection standards.
Your Rights: You have the right to request access to your stored data, request corrections, and request deletion at any time. Submit data requests to hello@newtonbyte.ae. All requests are handled within 10 business days.
Newton Byte complies with UAE data protection regulations and applicable international standards including GDPR where relevant to international client engagements.
